Michael
Frame lives in Arizona and is engaged in the private practice
of law.
Michael attended Arizona State University for his Undergraduate
Degree and Cooley Law School in Michigan for his Doctorate in Law
(J.D.).
Prior to attending law school, Michael joined the US Army in 1988,
attended basic training in New Jersey and trained as an Intelligence
Analyst in Arizona at Ft. Huachuca. Michael served overseas in
Panama (including Operation Just Cause) for 14 months from 1989
to 1990. After leaving Panama, Michael returned to Ft. Huachuca,
Arizona and was trained to operate camera systems on Unmanned Air
Vehicles. Within six months after joining the UAV platoon, Michael
deployed to Saudi Arabia in support of Operation Desert Shield
/ Desert Storm in early January 1991.
Michael returned to the United States in May of 1991. On January
3, 1992, Michael was honorably discharged from the US Army, and
later that year was employed by TRW Corp. as an instructor for
Marine and Army students in UAV systems operations.
While Michael attended law school, he was employed as a legislative
aide to a Michigan Representative. After graduation from law school,
Michael became this Michigan Representative's campaign manager
in a special State Senate and in a regular election cycle. The
representative was elected to the Senate seat in each successive
campaign. After entering the Senate, Michael was nominated Chief
of Staff to the Senator, a position he held until returning to
Arizona. In 1999, Michael was admitted to practice law in Arizona.
Michael has two law offices in Parker and Lake Havasu City, Arizona.
He is also a life member of the Veterans of Foreign War and the
National Rifle Association.
